Common questions that you might want answers to and basic information that might be helpful.

Customers must be 21 to ride the bus. No exceptions. IDs will be checked upon arrival to the pickup point. No refunds will be provided for those who are not eligible to ride the bus.

Be aware of the Colorado climate and dress appropriately. In some areas you may have to walk a short distance from the bus to the brewery. In the autumn and winter we highly suggest warm clothing, jackets, and/or coats. In the spring we suggest dressing for warmer weather, but use layers as the temperatures can fluctuate. Summer time is great for shorts and t-shirts. Shoes and shirts are required.

Q. What time is pick-up? 

A. The bus will arrive at 12:15 on Saturday and Sunday tours. Classic Tours start at 1:00 p.m. Please arrive a bit early to board the bus and get your ID checked.  Tours will start on time. Don’t be late!

Q.  Can I book a tour the morning of?

A.  If their are seats available, you absolutely can!  Booking online can take place up to 3 hours before a tour. If you decide last minute and aren’t able to book online, please call us to book your seats – (720) 515.0151

Q. Where do you pick up? 

A. Pickup is next to Rock Bottom Brewery in the Promenade Shops at Centera, 5971 Sky Pond Drive, Loveland, CO.  Ample parking is available.

Q. Should I eat before the tour?

A. Have a good breakfast or lunch so you are not starting on an empty stomach. Hence why we pick up in the Promenade Shops – there are plenty of restaurants close by to choose from.

Q. Is tip for your guides included in the price?

A.  Tickets are sold on an individual basis and the tour price includes your tasters (with a tip for servers at the breweries) and transportation only. If you think your guide was good or any of your servers were exceptional, please feel free to tip accordingly.

Q. If on the day of the tour, there are only 2 people booked, will the tour be ran?

A. If there are less than 4 people booked 3 hours before the tour, we will cancel that tour and give all of our guests full refunds or the option to schedule for another time. We will call you the day before as a courtesy to let you know that the tour could be cancelled and if that is the case, we will process your refund or try to reschedule you for a different tour or time if you’d like. Unfortunately, you are not able to cancel the tour yourself after receiving this courtesy call.

Q. Do you offer private tours?

Q. How big are your tours?

A.  Tour buses will seat no more than 14 people.  If you have a larger group, please contact us for more information and options.

Q. Can you drink on the bus?

A. Drinking is reserved only for the breweries. No open alcohol containers will be allowed on the bus. If you’d like to purchase a growler of your favorite craft brew, we will be happy to label and store it in one of our cooler on the bus for your to enjoy later!

Q. What is the cancellation policy for NoCo Short Bus Tours?

A.  Tickets are non-refundable. Once purchased and scheduled, tickets cannot be refunded or rescheduled unless special circumstances arise. Tickets are privately transferable.

Q. Is the NoCo Short Bus handicap accessible?

Unfortunately, at this time our bus is not fully handicap accessible. We do not have the capability of loading electric wheelchairs or mobility vehicles. However, if you have a fold up wheelchair, crutches or other walking assistance items we do have room to transport them and can make accommodations. Please call us to book a tour if you have any concerns or special needs.
